The reason for securing these assets is to help teams, clubs, schools, nonprofit organizations, athletes, teachers, and select individuals raise needed funding. First at Yuma High School and then in the Yuma community.
Several attempts have been made since 2006 to work with governing bodies and media outlets to share ways to get the members of the community to work together. All of these suggestions have been deflected or ignored. Finito Brand is now taking matters into its own hands.
By owning the trademark, Finito Brand has the right to stop the community from using Yuma Criminals and the logo on apparel and uniforms; including Yuma High School. Instead, we are asking the Yuma community and alumni to contribute to our Save A Criminal fundraiser.
Our goal is to raise a minimum of $250,000 in capital respresents 2500 individuals we plan to assist.
• This iconic and much loved logo is not reaching its full potential. If marketed correctly it could be utilized to do significantly more good.
